Data processed
Rutavio processes account identity, organization membership, Customer contacts, Service Location and Work Order records, field photos, service requests, invoices, audit events, and security metadata needed to operate the service.
Purposes
Data is used to authenticate users, authorize workspace access, schedule and document work, connect Customers with providers, manage billing records, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.
Address lookup and maps
After at least three address characters are entered, Rutavio sends the address text and selected country code to the configured geocoding provider so it can return suggestions and map coordinates. Production lookup uses Geoapify. Rutavio does not add the Customer name to that lookup. OpenStreetMap tile servers receive the technical connection information normally sent when map images are loaded; see the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Sharing and retention
Workspace data is visible only to authorized roles and contracted infrastructure providers, except provider information intentionally published to the marketplace. Retention and deletion controls must be configured in the final operating policy.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, people may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. A production launch requires a named controller, processor terms, retention periods, and a privacy contact reviewed by qualified counsel.
